Building on the introduction of a complete set of advanced technology for large ball mills from the U.S. company FLSmidth, NHI has undertaken a series-based development and upgrade of mining-grade mills. Design and verification adhere to internationally recognized standards, including the U.S. AGMA gear design code, the U.K. BS7608 standard for assessing shell fatigue strength, the VDI2230 bolt strength verification criteria, and software from Australia’s JK Corporation. Several mill models have passed national certification, and the entire product line has reached an internationally advanced level, featuring low energy consumption, extended service life, and stable, reliable performance—qualities that have earned widespread recognition from users both at home and abroad.
