Hailong Tong, a member of the Communist Party of China. Currently, he serves as a milling machine operator and team leader in the first mechanical processing workshop of Machinery Processing Factory NHI. He was awarded the Liaoning May Day Labor Medal in 2024, Shenyang May Day Labor Medal in 2022, and Shenyang Industrial Craftsman in 2025.

          Hailong Tong is proficient in the 8M, 840C, and 840D numerical control operating systems and programming techniques. He was the first to adopt macro programming and combined several types of tools such as right-angle cutter heads and end mills for multi-axis linkage to complete the company's first Fangda carbon press mouth shape project. He participated in and completed the production breakthrough task of the spiral blades in the key project of the MLL1200 spiral vertical mill, breaking the long-term technological monopoly of foreign countries at one stroke. Successfully completed multiple pioneering research tasks, including the manufacturing of components for shaft boring machines, the combination box for the Tongling shearing line, the microwave crushing project at Northeastern University, and the 3.53mTBM pumped storage project. Its independently developed "Complex Surface macro Program Programming Method" and various clamping methods for irregular-shaped workpieces have increased labor efficiency by more than 30%.
