Self-made special clamping fixtures eliminate safety hazards and save clamping time by more than 50%. By modifying the idlers, skillfully obtaining broken taps and transforming the tool holders, we successfully overcame multiple processing challenges of key components, ensuring the timely delivery of the products. He led his team to complete over 10,000 components for key projects, with a 100% product qualification rate.
