Jun Wang, a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently a materials worker in the material preparation workshop of the structural Components Factory of NHI.

      Jun Wang has been deeply involved in the front line of welding and cutting for nearly 40 years. Leading his team, he has been dedicated to technological innovation and equipment renovation based on the actual production situation. He innovatively developed the Great Wall-style cutting method, significantly increasing the utilization rate of steel plates and pushing the plate utilization rate to over 84%. It pioneered the point-breaking cutting method, effectively solving the problem of thermal deformation of steel plates during cutting and reducing the scrap rate of workpieces from about 5% to zero. Two innovative processes have been continuously promoted and applied in the workshop until now, reducing production costs for the enterprise by nearly 300,000 yuan annually on average, making outstanding contributions in cost reduction, efficiency improvement, quality enhancement and efficiency creation.
