Baicheng Sun, a member of the Communist Party of China. He was formerly the team leader of machining second shift of First Machining Workshop of the Major Components Factory of NHI. He was awarded the title of Model Worker of Liaoning Province in 2012 and the title of Model Worker of Shenyang City in 1999.

      He has developed a unique skill in processing large-span concentric holes in shearing equipment boxes. The 90° universal precision boring head he designed and manufactured, which can be installed on both sides, has solved the problem of blind hole root cleaning that even imported tools could not handle. He led over 60 key research projects and created nearly ten million yuan in economic benefits for the enterprise.
