Liliang Song, a member of the Communist Party of China, was formerly a riveter in the Mining Equipment sub-company of NHI. He was awarded the title of National Model Worker of the Machinery Industry in 1995.

Song Liliang, based on his position, delved into technology, led the research team to overcome difficulties, and helped complete many major projects. He set a record of completing work 600 hours in a single month. With his rich experience, he made various types of molds, especially rubber punching molds, which changed the 30-year history of manual punching and increased work efficiency by seven times.
